1 Virtue Theory, Utilitarianism, and Deontological ethics Ezra Kapaa ETH/316 July 05, 2011 Larry Frazier 2 Virtue Theory, Utilitarianism, and Deontological Ethics In comparing the similarities and differences between faithfulness theory, utilitarianism, and deontology one launch that they both can with how one come closes cleanity and moral philosophy. These theories all include judging in different aspects, whether it is in the bite, what happens after, or over a livelinesstime. The moral philosophy and morality behind these theories all deal with what is right, or what is crush for the bewilder, then separate paths as the theories work toward the future. With right ethics a soul strives for excellence performing duties, and getting traits that others would admire. With utilitarianism a person makes a ratiocination based on the outdo resultants, and what is vanquish for the most amounts of people. With deontology a person makes a decision depending on what he or she thinks is morally correct, not needs based on the scoop out results for the people, but much for the rise being of that person. The similarities between the trey theories all deal with results. These theories all work toward the best result depending on what person believes the best result may be.

Many people result opt different sides when it comes to a decision that benefits either the present or future, whether a persons decision is the best for the moment or best for the future is what differentiates these theories. Judging these three subjects reminds me of cartoons somewhat superheroes that have their lov er kidnapped, and have to risk their life de! pending on how they get their lover back. Will they decide to kick in her in danger, using the superheroes life to just many others, or entrust the hero go and risk his life to save someone that he cares about.
